About the program
The RFDS SE Mental Health Support Service aims to provide clinical support and professional service to the client to maximise positive outcomes for people with mild to moderate mental health concerns, including conducting individualised comprehensive assessment and reviews to inform client treatment care plans, reduce hospital admission and development of individualised interventions to stay well and connect clients with their community.
How to access the program
Individuals can self refer into the service. Referrals will also be accepted from Healthcare professionals and other Community Service Organisations.
